Kris Jury our Head chef has created a fabulous menu for the Winter sure to tantalise even the most discerning customer. Kris has had work experience with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck and spent 2 years working for Gordon Ramsay. Kris was also a semi-finalist in the 2015 Master Chef Professionals competition. In 2008 he won the Rotary Young Chef of the Year. He brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to The Sea Trout Inn. He describes this menu as 'Modern British' incorporating Comfort Food you would expect to find in a pub environment alongside more sophisticated dishes for that something different including Grills and the ever popular dishes From the Sea. Kris is passionate about using local seasonal produce as close to his kitchen as possible. He works closely with his suppliers on a daily basis creating interesting daily specials to keep the offering at The Sea Trout different every time you visit!
